Herd services

For those of you who run a farm, we offer both preventive animal health care and emergency medical care . Through regular herd visits, we can work long-term with fertility , udder health and calf health . The goal is to strengthen the well-being of the animals, prevent diseases and at the same time contribute to sustainable and profitable production .

As part of the herd service, we can also help with ViLA (Conditional Drug Use, Milk Area) . By fulfilling the requirements for ViLA, you as a farmer are given the opportunity to treat certain diseases yourself under controlled conditions. We assist with planning, monitoring and documentation to ensure safe and effective drug use .

Pregnancy examination

Using our modern ultrasound, EasyScan Go , we can safely and gently confirm whether a heifer or cow is pregnant. The examination provides fast and reliable information about pregnancy status, which is a valuable basis for planning the herd's reproduction and production .

Regular fertility and pregnancy checks contribute to increased efficiency and animal welfare in your herd.

Hypocalcemia

Calf paralysis (milk fever) is an acute condition that can affect high-producing cows in connection with calving. The disease is caused by a severe calcium deficiency and is often manifested by muscle weakness , tremors and the cow lying down and not being able to get up.

With rapid intervention on site, the condition can be treated effectively with calcium infusion directly into the blood , which usually results in a rapid recovery and minimizes the risk of subsequent problems.
